Mothers & Fathers

We specialize in ParentProTM workshops teaching parents emotional intelligence, effective communication with their children and wellness approaches to reduce technology use and increase family time. We also specialize in co-parenting conflicts and resolutions and parenting neurodivergent children and teens. 

We work with parents to cultivate resilience, confidence, and connection, fostering healthier family dynamics and stronger bonds with their children.
